Orders are shipped within 10 business days, but sometimes sooner. There is NO shipping on holidays or weekends.
The address you provide during checkout is the address your purchase is shipped to.
Incorrect shipping addresses are not the responsibility of Kat Matters Beads. Please be sure shipping address is correct.

Kat Matters Beads is not responsible for misplaced/stolen items after delivery (for example, after delivery of the mailbox). We will ensure that the items are delivered to your address based on the information provided.
