This is one long single strand of 8/0 seed beads. All components of my jewelry are made with glass beads. It is also tested on a regular basis for strength. The thread used in all my handmade waist beads hold up to the toughest everyday body movements. Waist Bead are made on with an extra 5" of thread for easy tying.
